Royal Enclosure Badge Holders who travel with Wheely arrive at Greenyard Gate — a dedicated entrance opening directly into the Royal Enclosure Gardens, accessible only to Wheely and the Royal Family.
The exclusive Wheely Drop-Off is available between 10:30 and 13:30 on race days.

When the final race concludes, Wheely guests arranging their onward journey will return a short distance to the private Wheely Lounge in Car Park 1, reserved for them throughout the duration of Royal Ascot. An elevated experience awaits guests at the Lounge, where they can pause for refreshments, recharge devices, and wait in comfort until they are ready to depart.

Guests may book journeys on demand or in advance via the Wheely app. Simply input “Royal Ascot” as your desired location, then choose the car park associated with your enclosure. A private in-app chat remains open throughout the day, allowing guests to coordinate their journeys with ease.
Drop-offs and pick-ups for guests other than Royal Enclosure Badge Holders will be made at the nearest car park to the relevant guest enclosure: Queen Anne (Car Park 3 or 6), Village Enclosure (Car Park 3 or 8), and Owners & Trainers (Car Park 2).
Due to increased traffic across all five days, we recommend scheduling your journey in advance to ensure a smooth and timely arrival.
